Privacy Policy

What we hold, why we hold it, and how to have it removed. Written to comply with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

Booking travel means handing over passport details and contact numbers. This page sets out exactly what happens to them.

What we collect

When you send an inquiry or ask to hear about promos, we keep the details you give us: your name, contact number, email address, and where and when you want to travel.

For a confirmed booking we also need the details your airline and hotel require, such as the name and passport number exactly as printed in your passport.

  • We ask for what a booking needs, and nothing beyond it
  • We do not buy contact lists, and we do not sell yours

What we use it for

To answer your inquiry, prepare a quotation, make the booking, and keep you informed while you travel.

If you have agreed to it, we may also send you promo announcements. Every one of those carries a way to stop receiving them, and stopping does not affect a booking already in progress.

Who else sees it

Only the suppliers who need it to deliver your trip: the airline carrying you, the hotel expecting you, the tour operator meeting you at the airport, and where a visa is involved, the embassy processing it.

We share the minimum each one requires. We do not pass your details to anyone for marketing.

How we protect it

Access is limited to the staff arranging your travel. Booking records are kept only as long as our accounting and regulatory obligations require.

Payments are handled through licensed processors. We do not store card numbers.

Your rights under the Data Privacy Act

Republic Act 10173 gives you the right to know what we hold about you, to correct anything wrong, to object to how it is used, and to ask that it be deleted.

Write to seventhadvent_travelandtours@yahoo.com or call 0956 892 3100 and we will act on it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may raise the matter with the National Privacy Commission.

This site does not run advertising trackers or sell data to third parties. Any measurement we use tells us which pages are read, not who read them.
