Bookings & enquiries
An enquiry submitted through this website is a request, not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only once we have verified availability, provided a quotation, and received the required payment or deposit.
Pricing
Package prices are subject to availability and may change due to factors beyond our control, such as airfare adjustments, exchange rates, or supplier rates. The confirmed price will be stated in your official quotation.
Payments
Payment terms, including any required deposit, are provided upon booking confirmation. Bookings are not secured until payment terms are met.
Cancellations & changes
Cancellation and rebooking policies vary by package and supplier and will be provided with your booking confirmation. Some bookings may be non-refundable once confirmed.
Travel documents
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas, and any required documents. We provide visa assistance but final approval rests with the relevant authorities.
Liability
We act as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators. We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control, including delays, cancellations, or changes made by these suppliers.
